Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is effective as of August 1st, 2022

1. General rules:
  1. This Refund Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) governs withdrawal rights of the Users;
  2. We, acting through our support team may decide to change this policy in your favor on a case-by-case basis, however, our acts of goodwill shall not be interpreted as changes to the Policy as a general rule;
  3. Unless directly provided herein all capitalized terms in this policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Service.
  4. The balance of the BravoBot account is not refundable, except in cases of erroneous replenishment.
  5. A erroneous top-up means a top-up of the BravoBot account balance instead of a top-up of the exchange account. Refunds of erroneous top-ups are made after the user has sent a request to the support service, which must be done no later than 3 days after the top-up.
2. Conditions for the withdrawal:
  1. Less than 3 days elapsed from your top-up;
  2. Any top-up amount that has already been used to pay for the commission, will not be refunded. As it is already used to pay for the service.
  3. You have made the withdrawal request from the same e-mail as listed in your account;
  4. All requests that are made later than 3 days from the moment of the erroneous replenishment will not be received.
  5. We will charge a 10% manual processing fee for refunds of erroneous top-ups of 20 USD minimum, transaction costs related to the refunding process are paid by the user.
  6. Refunds are made in the same currency in which the replenishment was made. And will be refunded to the same wallet that made the original topup.
  7. Refunds are only possible for balance top-ups paid to us.
  8. Refunds are not made by internal transfers from other users.
  9. All before mentioned conditions shall be met in order to be eligible for a withdrawal.
3. Withdrawal procedure:
  1. You shall make a written withdrawal request to [email protected] The request shall be submitted from the same e-mail as listed in your account;
  2. We will deposit the amount that you’ve paid for the Services to the same wallet and in the same currency within 14 days after the request.
  3. We are not responsible for any commissions and taxes that may be applied by your payment service provider or applicable law of your jurisdiction when processing a refund.
